One a Week: 19

Your sneak peek of the day involves me and my flower book idea that has been brewing for, no joke, two years. While I thought at one point this would be a children's picture book...I even wrote a manuscript that I shelved...it has now become an accordion book.

"My Little Flower Book" presents 10 flowers in the order in which they appear in my yard (or walkable distance from my yard) during early spring. 

Because I was whisked away by some helpful hands (Thanks, Michelle!) to bring this to the shop for a high res scan this morning, I present the last picture I took before I finished the project. Expect to see the fully realized idea at the Cheltenham Center for the Arts Shop Trunk Show, Friday April 8, 5-7pm where I will have my work available alongside the work of the lovely and talented fiber artist, Teresa Shields, and a surprise guest woodworker (Yay!). Refreshments and entertainment (PK Su) will be provided.
